Dr Anju Pandey has over 20 years of experience in providing quality health care to patients. She always takes a holistic approach and is interested in all aspects of general practice. Patients appreciate her thorough and detailed approach.
She is an examiner for Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
She understands the need to have a regular family GP. She strongly believes in the benefits of timely prevention of chronic diseases and works towards helping patients achieve their health and well-being goals.
Being a mother of two young boys, she is personally well aware of child health issues. She has a Diploma in Child Health from Sydney University and has a keen interest in child health.
She specializes in Child Health, Women’s Health and antenatal shared care, Family Planning, Preventative Health, Chronic Disease Management, Geriatric medicine, Skin cancer check and minor procedures, Travel Health.
FRACGP, MMED (Skin Cancer), MBBS, DCH
Dr Shantiban Shanmugam received his MBBS from Western Sydney University in 2016. He then went on to complete a Master of Medicine at the University of Queensland with a focus on Skin Cancer detection and removal.
He has worked throughout NSW at a variety of hospitals including: Concord, Canterbury, the SAN, Oberon, Brisbane Waters and Braeside Hospitals. He is also involved in teaching, holding a senior lecturer position at the University of Queensland.
Dr. Shantiban performs general skin checks as well as biopsies and excisions. He has a keen interest in preventative medicine, in particular prevention of melanoma and non melanoma skin cancers.
Outside of work Shantiban has a love for the outdoors, particularly distance running and hiking. He is excited to bring his energy and expertise to The Esplanade Medical DPractice.

Dr Ceena Lee is an experienced medical practitioner with over 10 years clinical experience. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Notre Dame (Sydney).
Prior to General Practice, Ceena trained extensively in the Royal North Shore, Gosford, Lismore, Hornsby and Northern Beaches Hospitals. She worked as a Senior Medical Registrar and Chief Medical Officer across a range of subspecialities, with responsibilities extending to teaching and supervising junior medical staff as well as overseeing medical treatment for all hospital inpatients overnight. She also worked in the Emergency Department during the covid pandemic.
As a mother of a beautiful little boy, she has first hand experience with children. She has also completed the Sydney Child Health Program (formally, the Diploma of Child Health).
Ceena enjoys all aspects of General Practice and understands the importance of a regular, approachable and reliable family doctor. She is a firm believer in holistic medicine and strives to engage in open communication, working with her patients to develop action plans and achieve their health goals.
In her spare time Ceena likes to stay fit, cook and spend quality time with family and friends.

Dr. Jae Min Park is a GP registrar and completed his medical degree at the University of New South Wales. He has experience in critical care, paediatrics, and emergency medicine and completed his Master of Medicine from the University of Sydney in 2020.
He is especially interested in men’s health, endocrine disorders, musculoskeletal, and sports medicine.
